This Site is provided for informational purposes about Del Mar Jiu-Jitsu Club, our classes, programs, and services. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Site.

Membership and Classes

All memberships, class registrations, and purchases are subject to the terms presented at the time of enrollment. Specific policies regarding cancellations, holds, and refunds are provided during the registration process and in your membership agreement.

Your membership will be canceled 60 days from the date of written notice. Scheduled payments within that period will process. All payments are non-refundable.

Assumption of Risk and Waiver

Participation in martial arts, jiu-jitsu, and fitness activities involves inherent risks including but not limited to physical injury. By participating in any class, program, or activity at Del Mar Jiu-Jitsu Club, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume these risks. A signed waiver and release of liability is required before participation.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Del Mar Jiu-Jitsu Club and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

User-Submitted Content

By submitting any content through our contact forms or other channels, you grant Del Mar Jiu-Jitsu Club a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use that content for our business purposes. You represent that any content you submit does not violate the rights of any third party.
