Toddler Jiu-Jitsu Classes (Age 3-5)

Our jiu-jitsu for toddlers and children 3-5 program is specifically designed to help introduce our youngest students to the fundamentals of jiu-jitsu, as well as help them develop agility skills, better coordination, and overall confidence around peers. Our kids BJJ curriculum includes fun games and safe interactive drills that not only keep them very active and running around but also teaches them basic jiu-jitsu movements and simplified beginner techniques. The goal is to ensure the development of a strong foundation and better understanding of jiu-jitsu, while still maintaining their interest by keeping it fun and enjoyable. Our instructors also promote students to encourage a learning environment and help indicate progress to the student, as well as work to reinforce strong core values through simple and easy-to-follow methods.

PROGRAM GOALS:

  • Learn basic self-discipline and build overall confidence around other kids
  • Develop respect for instructors, parents, and peers
  • Improve coordination, agility, flexibility, and listening skills

CURRICULUM INCLUDES:

  • Beginner jiu-jitsu techniques for children 3-5

Kids Jiu-Jitsu Classes (Ages 6-8)

Our jiu-jitsu classes for kids 6-8 are specifically designed to help our students build a strong jiu-jitsu foundation through learning basic jiu-jitsu techniques and improving their overall understanding of the jiu-jitsu practice. Our kids BJJ curriculum for students 6-8 program will include both beginner and fundamental techniques, as well as coordination drills, agility drills, and fun interactive games. We also begin opening the doors to the exploration of core jiu-jitsu concepts and ideas.

Jiu-Jitsu for Kids 9 to 12

Our jiu-jitsu for kids 9 and up program is strategically designed to build a strong foundation in your student’s jiu-jitsu practice, and to improve their overall coordination, movement, agility, stamina, and flexibility. Our kids BJJ 9+ students will also receive a comprehensive overview of all positions and techniques in the beginner and fundamental jiu-jitsu curriculum. Students that begin to progress beyond the basic curriculum will also be introduced to more advanced jiu-jitsu techniques and will also be given more detailed explanations of core jiu-jitsu concepts and ideas.
